An excellent night was had. My best friend and i went to see Hairspray the musical (2nd time for me) and we had the best time! We met most of the cast as well and I got to tell my favourite dancer how hot I thought he was, hehe. Thats me with them and a pretty picture from my favourite bridge.

One of the lead cast members goes to me 'I saw you singing along to the whole thing' and I was like omg...*shame* and then he told me it was a good thing, hehe :)

It's taken me almost three years to come to this point but it has finally come. No more silliness. I've finally realised that I should stop falling for I.B. I'm not entirely sure what it was that did it but i'm glad that it's happened. My feelings have been laid to rest and i can finally move on in my heart. I'm glad :)

I.B. said, of seeing me 5 days on the trot, that he needed 'a break' from seeing me...how lovely. He forgets that he comes to meet up with me of his own accord! I felt like I was on the set of Friends or something!

I'm starting to feel like a complete moron now. I need someone else to come along and sweep me off my feet so that I can forget all about I.B. and how much I adore him.

In the past 3 days I have seen 2 of the most awesome films. The other day I saw iron man which, quite frankly, is better than anything else that has been out this year-robert downey jr is teh sex0r! And I just watched speed racer which, despite all reservations, was really quite awesome! And Rain was in it! He's fab :) That film is trippy as hell though, my eyes still hurt from all of the colours!

I just had the strangest thing happen to me. I was sat on the bus minding my own business when this rather bishi boy with crazy hair gets on the bus and comes towards me. I look up and he's standing over me and offering me what appears to be a burgerking soft drink. I respectfully decline and continue listening to my music. A few moments later I get a tap on the shoulder. I turn around. Said boy asks me where I got my headphones, I answer...he attempts to hit on me. I laugh, smile and put my headphones on and go back to listening to the awesomeness that is suede. A little while later said boy starts doing his eyeliner on the bus, I find my choice of music very apt. Suddenly the boy goes over to the boy sat in the seat in front of him, straddles him and starts to make out very loudly. Strange sounds start to echo around the bus, I chuckle to myself. Just a little later he stops, laughs, and then starts making out with the girl sat behind him xD You've gotta love drunken bishi bi boys!

Most definitely one of the most entertaining bus journeys i've had! xD

I warn you now, this post may well be full of political and ethical ranting.

I realised something a while ago: our generation is probably the most lethargic in the history of modern man. Our predecessors used to stand up for what they believed in. In the sixties and seventies there'd be thousands of people marching for their ideals, screaming out and letting the world hear their voices. Even as recently as the late eighties people were willing to risk it all to let their voices be heard (Brixton race riots etc). But we, generation whatever we are, seem quite happy to let things slide, let someone else deal with the issues...someone else will come along and voice our beliefs and opinions. But hey-thats the problem, Generation Whatever believes in nothing, hasn't got an opinion either way regarding anything of great importance. Generation Whatever lost the will to believe in anything when it lost it's belief in humanity. Why would they believe in anything when they can hardly believe in themselves. They are the cynical generation, born from a generation of yuppies whose sole concern was money and the pursuit of power. The pursuit of happiness, knowledge and greater wellbeing became the sport of those with too much time on their hands. It frustrates me that some of those around me have ceased to have opinions any more. Learn about the world around you, form your opinions based on the knowledge you've obtained, find out who you are. Surely thats the point of existence?? To spend your days learning more about the world so that you can find out who you are and find happiness in that. Can we truly be happy if we don't know who we are?

Something fabulous happened today-we went to camden and found a jrock shop where they only sell jrock clothes and cds! I almost raped the shop! Seriously, I walked in and they were playing giru! Today I spent most of my day waiting on the phone for Sky...damn call centres! I also attacked the sales which was a frightening experience i don't want to have to go through again for a long time *shudder*

...and I still don't have a tree...this makes me sad. I've moved into my new house now-I'm finally in a place which feels like home. I shall post some pictures when I get the chance.

I miss Living TV...I still don't have sky in the new house, or the web, so I'm spending far too much time at my mother's house, heh.

I did something bad...I got some stuff sent to me from Japan...I shall keep it vague until I post up some pictures..heh.

I'm going to go see St Trinians tomorrow so I shall let you all know how it is.

A strange form of OCD

Okay, I'm up already...and dressed...and enjoying my cup of tea, prepared to face the world with the addition of a coat and ridiculously heavy bag and it's only like...8.51am?! This is strange seeing as though I don't have to be at the Dir En Grey gig til 5pm but I do have to go home first (I've been at mum's refusing to remove myself from the groove I've created in the sofa for the past couple of days). I've found myself very apprehensive about leaving the house (either house) for the past few weeks. Well, ever since I got fired really. I've been really short with people (read Ben and Mum) as well...everything has been really low and crying every split second to relatively nonplussed . Don't worry-those of you that are meeting up with me I put a very good façade of happy...well most of the time I'm so happy to be meeting up with people it's not a façade at all. Being at home alone leaves me far too much time to go into myself and start self-analysing...it's not good. It's why I spend far too much of my day watching Jeremy Kyle or This Morning-ie mindless television...when I'm not worrying about money or job hunting that is. I fúcking hate job hunting! It's the most soul-draining task...constantly being rejected or ignored is not a fun daily task.

Anyway...the OCD. ~~I'm becoming rather odd~~...actually scrap that-I am rather odd. It's become a daily task to check on an inbox of mine to see if someone has replied to a message. And ofcourse-they haven't. Many perfectly good reasons as to why they might not have but of course, being me, it has to be the ever pessimistic. I used to be such an optimistic girl when I was younger. Do we become jaded with age? I think so. As we become older we find ourselves so much more aware of the many negative possibilities in life-the joy(!)

Oh how I miss the clarity of youth!
